Trust in and Risk of Technology in Organizational Digitalization

Organizational transformation for digitalization is a daily challenge organizations. Successful change can be defined as the combined result of number factors, in which attitude, trust and/or distrust employees towards technology paramount importance. The aim this study was to explore factors most influence employees’ and how risk they pose mitigated. quantitative research analyzed 473 respondents (Smart PLS3, using SEM model) came following conclusions. Employees’ depends primarily on supportive role management, lesser extent digital readiness company training provided organization. management key element model, it affects not only direct way, but also indirectly, through several pathways model. This means that leadership clearly decisive its importance helps assess or lack trust.
